1. Who we are
Arkas & Co. is a digital services business based in Arcadia, Greece. We are the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. You can reach us using the phone, WhatsApp, Viber or email details on our Contact page.
2. What we collect
Only what you give us through our forms or messages: your name, business name, business type, town, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, the package or service you are interested in, and your message. We do not ask for sensitive data.
3. Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, call you back, prepare a quote and, if we work together, deliver our services and invoice you. The legal basis is your consent and the steps needed before or under a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)), plus our legal obligations for accounting records.
4. Who sees it
Only us. Your data is stored securely with our hosting and database providers within the EU/EEA or under equivalent safeguards. We never sell your data or use it for third-party advertising. If you message us on WhatsApp or Viber, those services' own privacy policies also apply.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted within 12 months. Client and invoicing records are kept for as long as Greek tax law requires (normally 5 years).
6. Cookies
This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work and to remember your cookie choice. We do not use advertising cookies.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy of it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Just contact us. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
