Terms

1. About these terms
These terms apply to the use of this website and to the services Arkas & Co. provides. A written proposal or agreement for your project takes priority over these general terms.
2. Prices
All prices on this website are starting prices and exclude VAT (24%). The final price is confirmed in a written quote before any work starts.
3. Payment
Setup work: 50% when you accept the quote, 50% at launch. Monthly plans are invoiced in advance at the start of each month, by bank transfer, standing order or card. Seasonal plans can be prepaid in two instalments. If an invoice is more than 14 days late, work and services may be paused until it is paid.
4. Minimum terms and cancellation
Monthly plans run for the minimum period stated in your agreement and then continue month to month. You can cancel with 30 days' written notice after the minimum period. Payments already made for completed work are not refundable. Photo shoots rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged a call-out fee.
5. Your part
You provide accurate information, content, photos and access we need on time, and confirm you have the right to use any material you give us. Delays in providing these may move delivery dates.
6. Ownership
Once paid in full, your website content, photos and designs made for you are yours to use. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Third-party tools, themes and platforms remain subject to their own licences.
7. Accounts and access
We set up accounts (domain, Google profile, booking tools) in your name wherever possible. While an agreement is active we may hold admin access to manage them, and we hand over all access when it ends and invoices are settled.
8. Liability
Your business is yours. We are a supplementary service: we build and maintain your website, listings, content and bookings, but we do not run your business and cannot control its results. We accept no liability for lost revenue, bookings, customers or profits, for how customers find, judge or treat you, or for the availability and rules of third-party platforms (Google, Booking.com, social networks). We do not give business, legal, tax or accounting advice. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Law
These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute goes to the competent courts of Tripoli, Arcadia.
